Vahrehvah is all about sharing so please share this video recipe on your social network your share is my blessing hello namaste salaamwalekum satsriyakaal; welcome back to another session with your VahChef at Vahrehvah.com. Today I’m going to show you another nice lamb mince meat and beans curry today to make this dish I’m going to use cluster beans any beans as such can be a little bit gassy but you know when you’re going to be among a group try and eat less of this because these can be very tasty when you cook with meat but all evening if you’re going to be alone eat as much as you want and go boom ba-ba-boom ba-ba but let’s go ahead and learn how to make this dish very simple very traditional very tasty you know lot of people love this combination because this cluster beans has a very nice flavor along with this mince meat flavor…it’s awesome, for this preparation take some oil in a pan add some cumin seeds once this cumin seeds sizzles you can add some chopped onion you can go little extra on onion no problem and in this also add some chopped green chilli, some salt, curry leaf and just cook it for a minute in this add little bit of ginger garlic paste and cook it till the raw flavor is all gone, add pinch of turmeric and add the gavar beans that is the cluster beans and you know these cluster beans the seeds of it are used to make this gavar gum which is very popular and much part of this gum is exported all over the world from India and also you can add the minced meat lot of people are forgetting the flavors of these awesome traditional foods i’m telling you this you make it thoroughly enjoy and also in this add little bit of chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder you know you don’t have to worry at what stage you add this and just make sure that you break this mince meat otherwise it will coagulate and become a lump just mix it til it is slightly cooked and then just put a lid on and we’re going to cook it till another 10-15 minutes till these are all cooked if you want you can also add some water not too much and because some of the moisture will be coming from the meat also so add little less and also you can notice that I added little less beans because in the evening I’ve to be with a group of people so I don’t want to go boom boom so this is good enough and i did not add too much spices or anything just i’ll put the lid on and cook it on a slow flame for around 15 minutes because this cluster beans take little extra time to cook if they’re not really tender and also you know it is best eaten with a nice phulka or something like that this is more popular as a Deccani food and lot of Muslim community actually cook this and trust me try it and it’s very very tasty, after around 15 minutes of slow cooking you know most of the moisture is evaporated but you want to flavor it with little bit of chopped coriander and little bit of chopped mint this will give a very nice flavor and then switch off the flame put the lid on and you can eat it after five minutes and it’s going to be super tasty you enjoy this awesome curry with a little small small hot hot phulkas and wow is I’m going to load this with this nice keema and then mixture haha just make them into little parcels hmm you know these cluster beans give a very special flavor to the meat and I’m telling you this super-awesome dear friends i’m sure you’ll try and make it but do not forget vahrehvah is all about inspiring others to cook so please post your recipes and cooking tips at vahrehvah.com so others can benefit from your great cooking thank you hmm. Love the idea of the bread there, you could serve this in the middle of the table and let people serve themselves. Be a really fun dinner. And if everyone's got gas, well, no harm no foul.
